hello all, i just purchased a bailey cross bike from bailey bikes and wanted to rave about the purchase experience as it was a very pleasurable experience.
i havent yet ridden the bike as i have been busy building up my new business, nicaragua mountain bike adventures, www.nicamtb.com (http://www.nicamtb.com) website still under construction, but in dealing with the bailey bike, i dealt with the owner and rider of the bike john bailey himself. i probably sent a bazillion emails regarding specs, sizing, comfort ect about the bike, and every time i had a specific question, john was great at not only getting back to me with a prompt answer, but with a relevent answer. basically, he'd answer what i asked, not give me some sale pitch or presidential avoiding answer.
i got the bike about two weeks ago, and plan on not only getting the bike lined for a ride, but will then post my review on the ride of this bike and performance as i see it. i would highly recommend dealing with these guys, on this bike or any other. they are professional, prompt and will get you the information you request. go bailey go.
