Fender tabs and a rack mount?

Yep... I want it to pull double duty commuter/cruiser/urban assault then rip the extras off and commit lung sear in a Cross race on the weekends.

That's what I thought. But I went to my LBS and there was no rack mounts on the seat stay. Which is too bad, cause I liked the fit on that.

I have used P clips for the seat stays. Mine has braze-ons for racks or fenders on the dropout. Additionall, you can use the hole on the bridge as a center mount. I think that Lemond started to make the poprad more 'racey" in recent years but mine is a few years old. The blue and white one (not sure of the year).
