Been in that situation! Good move!:thumb: I have an Auto Zone about 2 miles from home, and another parts place about another 1/2 mile down the road from there.
I once hauled the rotors AND drums off an '86 Bronco II about 2 miles to the NAPA store to be turned. I put them in a cardboard apple box (two boxes that nest togethor) and tied them on the rear rack with rope. The hardest part was trying to keep the front wheel down while I tied the box onto the rack.
When I returned to pick them up, the NAPA store had broken down and trashed my box! I had to make 4 round trips to haul them home!
