I have hayes hfx-9 hd brakes on my stinky, and for a while now, on the front caliper, both pistons would push out, but not retract fully. I tried rebleeding them, brought it to the shop a few times but they have neglected the problem, and last night when adjusting them, the rod broke off the piston. Does anyone know of a solution to this besides sending the system back to hayes for a warrenty repair? thanks a lot

If brakes break ;) it's sign of poor quality or poor installation or poor riding. j/p
