hello to all-
I'm fairly new to fixed gear riding. I bought an old Raleigh Competition GS frame w/ fork, handlebars, Weinmann brakes, and Campy seatpost last July off Ebay. I built it up with a Surly fixed/fixed rear hub with Mavic MA-3 rims. I'm running 42/15/17 on it now.
I finished my last ride of the season today with just over 1000 miles on it. The longest ride I've done so far is a century.
I have a question. The handlebars are too narrow for me, so I've ordered a set of cowhorns from chucksbike.com. How do you tape cowhorn bars, from the tips in or center out?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
