Can I vote for myself? What with mechanical problems and health issues and moving house twice and that I was still determined to finish the TdF challenge....2 months after the closing! and That I have set myself the goal of going Olympics riding!

what exactly is meant by that? lol.......
Well, I wouldn't call Chris L most determined as much as most annoying, most pampered, most obsessive.
Does that count?

Machka for:
A century a month in Winnipeg weather!

about 10 000 km this year.
I believe she wrote about doing a triple century as well.

I voted write in, but my candidate isn't technically a member (or maybe he's incognito).
Therefore, I nominate L.A. for honorary membership and cast my vote for most determined rider.
But Chris was a very close second
naisme for his daily commute in the Twin Cities in excess of 20 miles on a fixed gear.

Hey, I know this little dude by the name of tim. He started cycling at the being of this year and on his 3 or 4 training ride he broke him arm and wasnt riding for about 1 month but anyway. He trained REALLY hard and did a hill climb race (up mt wellington) and at the bottom of the hill (like just before it started to climb) his chaincame off but he put it back on (with a bit of help) and still made it up the hill in a good time(same as me last year). He also cane down to the nats and finshed ALL of the races but did not come anywhere. But he worked really hard to get to the nats and when we got back to auckland our manager took the school bike he was using off him and left him with no bike. So he rang up one of the girls in the team and is borrowing one of her mtn bikes. I think this little(he is about 4 foot something and 14years old) and is doing really well. I think timmy really should get the Most Determined Rider thingy. I think his name is Masseycyclist. I truly belive he should get this!

He was not going up the hill he was just about to go up the hill and we should really give him some criedt he has tried so hard to fit in which he has and we should give him more respect.

Not quite. You left it blank, so your vote doesn't count at all!
You gotta leave us guessing, that's the point of the hanging chad, dude! :D

[QUOTE=Zub Zub]Hey, I know this little dude by the name of tim. He started cycling at the being of this year and on his 3 or 4 training ride he broke him arm and wasnt riding for about 1 month but anyway. He trained REALLY hard...
i agree here :o . Tim as i know him trains a lot more than a lot of people that i know. He may not be the best but he tries as hard as his little body can possibly do. He does as much if not more training than i do :p and with all the accidents and bad luch he totally deserves the award. He dosent have the best of equipment, and if he has to be at a race he will be there. this little dude has his mind set. He seriously should be in for the running. :)
Tim is a really good cyclist and he trains VERY hard, Like every day when he could and when he can. People dont really think of tim as a cyclist because of his height and size (I'm not being mean).... But after riding for three years hes one of the most determined riders i have seen! :p
Who the heck is Tim and what's his story and is he a member of these forums?
Give up the info!

Geez, I refuse to vote for myself in any poll because I think it's lame. I'll need to think of someone to write in if I want to vote in this one. When does the poll close?

Yes I vote for Tim aswell. Earlier in the year he wasn't too keen on riding due to a few mishaps and close calls, but toward the end of the year he was doing more training and trying harder than I think I ever have. Although he doesn't have all the gear, and he is vertically challenged (a lil bit short) hes one tuff lad!

oh and Tim is a lil dude (I think he's 14) from Auckland New Zealand..... and yes he is a member of the forums, but I don't think he has had a chance to get on and write any messages.

About Tim... what's his username here? Just wondering, since I don't recall seeing this guy around before.
Thanks. Koff
