hey everyone.
got back from china in time for the new year and some good chicago weather. Problem is I can't figure out how to unlock the masterlink on my chain. Its the "KMC 1/2x3/32" that came on my too shiny bianchi pista (i'll post a pic) and I can see it gathering grit as-we-speak. The SRAM website told me how to close 'em, but not open and I'm feelin' pretty inept. So any help or links to help would be appreciated.

So do you have a KMC chain or a Sram? I thew away my KMC instructions just last week - ok I just dug them out of the trash can. It reads:

"Once the Missinglink is installed, it is just like any other link. Because of the integrated positive locking mechanism, it must be removed with a chain tool."

false alarm. There were three different kmc websites and it confused me. I just figured out to use a pair of pliers to free the spring lock thingy.
