Anyone have any ideas? I tried to find a user guide online, their website seems to be down for the accessories part (if it even had instructions anyway).

We took the screw out but can't figure out how to swing it open.

put the screw back in, screw it half way in, then push the screw and pull the front open at the same time. then when done, shut it and screw it back in all the way.
