Does anyone know of any options for a Shimano Nexus 3 speed shifter besides the standard revo shifter? I would like to avoid a gripshifter if possible. Maybe something along the lines of an old sturmey archer shifter? (http://aebike.com/page.cfm?action=details&PageID=30&SKU=LD2205)
Anyway, just let me know if anyone has any ideas.
the spacing is different (amount of cable pulled) between the shimano nexus and the old sturmey archer shifters
you might be able to use this. http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B000F5EFQU/ref=nosim/neoset-20
I want to replace my twist shifter/brake lever for a thumb/trigger model. edit: This is on my Breezer Freedom.
Need an experienced hand to steer me in the right direction.
You might be able to make an old friction thumbshifter or bar-end shifter work.
