I tryed the clamp holding the tool in the grooves and it worked well, it was a big pain to remove but I got the damn thing out lol now I can fix it good, the frame piece is actualy piece of a Extracycle now and it caused the back to move to one side everytime I peddled, but thanks for the tip.
