and its a 4 wheeler found a local source for the steel. Now I just have to figure out how to attach the rear axle assembly ......... Any ideas out there ?

I can't think of a way off the top of my head but my guess is that if you search google for stuff about go karts you could probably figure it out on your own from there. Good luck
