Electronics, Lighting, & Gadgets - Lucky me! Found a camera.

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
I purchased a nice slightly used messenger bag at a yard sale on my commute home. Gave a whole .50 cents for it. I was shocked when he said 50 cents and pulled two quarters out and handed it over and got out of there before they changed there mind. I get home and open it up and find a Samsung 5.0 Mega pixel Digimax A503 camera! It's missing the SD card but theres 32-meg of internal memory so I snap a few pictures and try out the video function and find everything is working. It has a standard USB port so I connect it to my computer. My Linux OS found it and put it on the desktop as a flash drive. I click the drive icon and theres all the pictures I took and they look great. I saved them to my photo folder. I thought about returning the camera but the yard sale was in the corner of an X-mart parking lot so I have no idea who I bought the bag from. I'm not going to worry about it and just use my new camera with reckless abandon! Now I just need to make a handlebar clamp for it.

I just loaded Avidemux video editor. It allows editing .avi video and converting to DVD format. It looks interesting so I need to shoot some video and see how well that works.
