I usually ride around Atherton/Menlo Park/Palo Alto, Stanford areas.

Frequent foothill runs (3-4x/week), try to keep my spin up from downtown Menlo Park to downtown Los Altos, pretty much just lapping foothill.

Usually 2x a week (every sunday), I'll ride from from downtown Menlo Park up Sand Hill Rd. to Alpine Rd. then head to Roberts Market, then ride Canada to 92 and back,

OR

I'll just do laps on Canada from Roberts market to 92 (usually 2-4 laps).

Just looking to see if any guys want to ride; I've been riding with road bikes, which is fine...but I'd like to see more fixed-gear/trainer interest.

I did a ride posted on the RBR forums yesterday and there was a guy on a Bianchi fixed riding in the A group. I heard he even pulled his fair share down Canada Rd!

The route was from Integrate Performance in Mt. View near El Camino to Canada/92 and back for a total of about 40 miles. The crazy b@stard! hehe! Pretty amazing!

There's another RBR ride on July 6th if you (or anyone here) are interested in going! Starts at the VA hospital in Palo Alto to Canada/92 and back. Check it out:
July 6th ride (http://forums.roadbikereview.com/showthread.php?t=134236)

I've seen a mix of BF peeps there...

Holee crap!! What's up man! Yup.. it's me...I moved back in 2006 for a job here in SF! But I sold the SS Blue GSR to pay for the move back... :( I also have two daughters now, a 7yo and 5mo old! Doh!

So instead of the car I play with bikes now. Still $$$ though! hahaha!

Maybe we should do a BAAE bike ride! Although I don't know many Honda-tech folks with a bike other than Reid and Carla!

We'll have to hook up for a ride one day soon, although I only have a road bike. The want for a fixie is there but the funds and the wife's consent aren't! hahahah!

oh man, such a small world! congrats on the two kids! --- It's definitely been quite some time. I got rid of my SSBlue in 2002 -- and pursued Karting (attempts at Formula Mazda + Formula Palmer Audi) but ran out of funds about 1.5 years ago.

Im down for any ride, but my only bike now is my fixie --- it's ghetto fab, but Im at 2600+ miles in 8 months.

Let me know; I just signed up on RBR and will try to hit up that ride.

I'd do a fixed gear ride. What route do you think?
I've ridden my IRO from San Bruno to Woodside and back. Not too much different than riding the road bike.

im down for anything really; game to try it out too.. what did you have in mind?

all my rides are just through/around my local spots (so canada rd, sand hill rd., etc) -- I dont have that many friends that ride past that yet, so I'm pushing out my circle =)

Can I ride with you guys if I promise to keep my road bike in one gear? haha!

Blast (Henry) knows all the good routes around the area and he's a cool guy.

I had a co-worker that was in the Skip Barber series for a couple years. He was never able to get a viable sponsor so his "other" sponsor (read: his dad) got tired of financing his racing. So he had to get out too.

For now I can only live my racing dreams at Go Kart Racer off of 101! hahaha!

FYI: my wife blew my GSR engine in TX so I replaced it with a JDM R engine from Dan Phan. Pretty fun! But I never got to run it on a road course out in TX with that engine. :( Oh well...
