Hi everybody, what kind of music do you listen to when cycling, or just whenever? If I'm looking for a real work out I'll usually put on something upbeat or not listen to anything, but when I'm taking a more leisure ride I listen to either blues or country. Recently I've been listening to One Flew South's new album The Last of the Good Guys on my more relaxing rides and it has really added to the experience. They are certainly an up and coming band and are one of few artists that me my husband and my daughter enjoy listening to. If you haven't heard of them you should definitely give them a listen.

Not sure if I have much of a list yet, but can think of one song that would be the first one that I add

Tour De France - Kraftwerk

This was released back around 1983. Kraftwerk was WAY ahead of its time in technopop, and set a new trend in music that in my opinion, nobody has come close to except for 808 State.

Here is the Wiki page for the song .. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tour_de_France_(song)

I can listen to almost anything whilst riding. But my favorites have to be Flogging Molly, Kaki King and The Devin Townsend Band.
