One Round Trip from Fukuoka

I will have one day (Monday, July 7) from which to ride my road bike from Hakata station in Fukuoka and back.

Does anyone have any suggestions for scenic, possibly challenging routes that I could do in a single day from that station?

Maximum distance could be around 150-160 kilometers, hills OK. (Max around 200 km if the route is mainly flat.)
