Anyone have a spare key to a giant suede-e battery? Just bought one off of ebay and the person lost the key.
Thanks

if anything like my panasonic you will need the right key code. Talk about needle in haystack. Check locksmith - if you can bring the bike to em they'll probably do it reasonable. Its not much more than a file cabinet lock.

I thought my BL-36 kit included a keyswitch and keys but it did not in the package. I kinda think it's okay , just seems like more procedures to turn on my e-bike; I just have to flip a switch on my controller to get it fired up. Curious, are the keyswitch hard coded with the controller unit or can you just bypass the keyswitch and just use the controller unit? Perhaps if a key maker can't get a key made for you, can you invest in a controller unit that doesn't require a keyswitch? Seems if someone is determine to steal ones e-bike they can bypass the keys as well? :speedy:
Edit: oppsie you are not talking about an ebike kit but a "suede-e battery," my bad
