I have been trying forever to find a meal plan that works. By works, I mean a meal plan that is easy to understand and use and provides a variety of foods. During my MANY MANY hours on google and pouring through magazines and books, I found the following plan which is based on the Zone way of eating. It definitely looks easy! I thought I would share the link in case anyone else was looking for something!

I am OC enough to track my diet very carefully and weight everything. That said, I don't think I could follow any plan. The key is just to eat in moderation (have big problem with!), and variety is the spice of life. :)
