I have been trying forever to find a meal plan that works. By works, I mean a meal plan that is easy to understand and use and provides a variety of foods. During my MANY MANY hours on google and pouring through magazines and books, I found the following plan which is based on the Zone way of eating. It definitely looks easy! I thought I would share the link in case anyone else was looking for something!
