just as a random discussion do you think this gives kind of a bad view of biking in general? he lives in my town and everyone knows who he is............not sure if thats good or bad. figured id start some random convo.

He's just selling himself and his merchandise using a self-depreciating screwball sense of humor. No stranger than other self-promotions on the net and other media. Its not quite how Bill Gates or Donald Trump got started. But then they rarely make fun of themselves, they make sure the jokes on you.

BikerFox has been around for a loooooong time. Anyone who is telling people to get on a bike is doing some good. His choice of clothing isnt by bag but what the hey. I think the vast majority of people truly taken by the bike are a bit eccentic anyway. I know all the interesting people in this world are.

He seems very full of himself, but not in an egotistical way. He just seems very happy to be Bikerfox. Even more than I as CommuterRun the Conservative Hippie. If that's possible.

We should all be so satisfied in ourselves.

OK, don't know the guy, wouldn't turn him away from a conversation, here or on the road; but since he doesn't live where I live, he has no impact on my life. If we crossed comments here, he would still have no real impact.

Sorry, y'all, but as much as I enjoy my time here in the forum, my life goes on exactly as it did before I landed here. None of you impact my life; I just enjoy the exchange. No offense.
