Older Rear Zipp 900

No lockring (threads stripped)
Instead of 15(?)mm bolts uses hex wrench type bolts and a round metal hub/washer (like the quick release replacements you can buy for $8)

?

Assuming that the only problems with the wheel are the skewer and the lockring I might use it. You don't really need a lockring on the track and while bolt-on skewers might make it a little more difficult to get the chain tension right it should hold the wheel just fine.

The bolts sound like Mavic track bolts. Perfectly fine.

maybe not for a kilo or pursuit but it should be fine for mass start stuff
