the hard winter and punishing training rides are adding up on my legs. suddenly i have less push and a little less stamina. i am fearing a blowing up of my year! how should i get control? have tried lessening my miles but thats like taking a fish out of water, doesnt work. have not signed up for races lately and have just been riding at my own pace and a few fast hard group rides once or twice a week.

should i keep commuting?

is it my job thats draining me? (tree removal)

ive been recovering correctly in my mind. high protein drink with a low fat, high carb meal.

other than this dont know what else to say. maybe i should eat more ice cream!

i find that when my legs are dead to me two things work best. professional massage and/or an ice cold bath to soak them in. later.
