I picked up this sweet, used, handmade road bike at Sellwood Cycles last year, and I'd love to know it's heritage.

It's made by "Moonlight Designs" and the down tube has the logo "Luna" on it.

I checked with the woman who builds cycles under the Luna brand and she said she knew of someone building bikes in Southern Oregon probably ten years ago. Said this person had a great reputation. But I can't find any other information. Anyone else have anything for me?
