Foo regulars can be foo rats, foosters or foo memvers. Not sure why the spelling is that way, but I was chastised when I first came in here and type Foo members. I am pretty sure Stacey was the one who got on me about that.

Actually, he just hides them under his tongue until the nurse/jailer leaves, then spits them into the toilet. This is unless he is forced to wear the head restraint.
