Bought it from a guy who works at a bike shop and had never used it. Came of an 06 Madone and I'm not sure how he ended up with it. I used it about or even less than 600 miles. True as can be. And no longer comes with the tire in the photo. I will give you a new Panaracer Evo tire and tube if you would like. $150 + shipping.
