I recently bought a NOS Cinelli stem on ebay through Ital-Techno. It was, in my opinion, a factory 2nd. They said, after my emails, it was from a vintage lot. Not of second quality. I sent photos and heard nothing back. It had a dent,a spur, and scuffed badge. I enclose the picture. Ray Charles can see it's second quality. Cinelli QC would never sell this as 1st rate I hope. Has anyone else dealt with this? What do you think?
