I did it. 199 today.

Part of me really wanted to wait untill i was 195 saefly below the threashold..
but i decided to announce as i am going to ohio next week.

It was nice moving the big weight on the bottum to the left :) First time in 8 years.

I took my blood pressure last night at one of those drug store self diagnostic centers.. 128/76. My numbers may be off but it was well below the good blood pressure limit.

For the record i got serious at 240 + that was july 2007. Parked my motorcycle and got back on my bikes and started marital arts. Then i quit drinking to be a better fighter. Then started eating better to help fighting. Weight loss i saw as a fringe benfit to training to be a fighter. Just like there are the vicious cycles that we have all had the help us gain weight there are also gracious cycles that allow good things. Yin and Yang.

Now I am stronger, faster at least reflexes, i think most of you would drop me hard on ride. as i dont put in the miles at a time that you some of you do.

Well see how I do on my tryatholon. on the 12th.
results from last nights fights. only a brusied cheek this moring.
