I have had yet one more GREAT experience with Saris! I needed another part for my Bones 3, "thumb screw" was lost, and was told, "We will mail one no charge. Do you need just one? I asked, "Could I have 2 "just in case"? and the reply, "No problem!"
I needed a new strap for the seat tube "attachment point" a couple years ago, and they asked the same thing, "Just one?"
