I've been looking for a bike for a few weeks now, which has been challenging because I'm short and I don't know much about bikes. I found this posting on craigslist and don't have anyone to ask about it. Is it worth $80 or $100? I emailed the person and they said it rides well and has all original components but could use new tires. I know that it has down tube shifters, which is not really ideal for uncoordinated me. Would it be worth it to buy it and covert the down tube shifters? Here's the posting:
