Just my luck tomorrow we are planning on doing the Tour De Pierce and will be doing the 30 miles and my knees are acting up. I knew I shouldn't have been installing the sheet vinyl in the basement room today but since it was pretty nice and cool down there I thought. "hey its better than mowing the yard" So I'm gonna ice em down and take some Ibuprofen and hope they feel better in the morning. We shall see how this turns out. I'm not optimistic :(
