Road Cycling - Another Bib Question Voler or Santini??

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Like to get a new pair of bibs for the season but am wondering which to get. I have heard alot of good things about Voler. Good fit and comfort for the money. But I haven't heard too much about the Santini CX bibs (http://store.yahoo.com/bicyclinghub/sacxbibshprc.html). Just wondering what everyone thought of the 2 are.

I have a pair of Santini bibs and Voler shorts..Pad on both are of equal quality. I would say they are probably comparable. I will wear both on longer rides. No preference, except Santini bibs is my Sunday ride -special ride day 'Bonjour kit."
I have 5 pair of Voler bibs. Very comfortable!
I haven't tried other bibs because of the price difference. Why pay more when I'm happy with what I've got? ;)
For those who haven't tried them, they are much more comfortable (and less expensive) than PI, Performance, etc.

My preference for bibs are Etxe-Ondo, very high
quality and price isn't that much more than the volers.
Check www.bicyclehub.com they usually have them
on sale.
