Well Brandon, I guess because of your lofty standards; you consider yourself an educated fellow. How else could you pontificate on some one else's syntax. However, you seem all too interested in trivial matters such as my text casing...and none too interested in bicycling...big surprise...considering your inability to form even the most rudementary sentences...I would put my money on classifying you a troglodyte...I am sure that you have no idea of what that means so go look it up...notice I am speaking in your simple style.....ugh....you have way too much time on your hands .....get a life

To actually answer your question tmerszei, your components are shimano ultegra like you said, that is shimanos second highest road group. A very good one. The wheels are Mavic. I dont know much about how to tell what year the frame is but I know merlin's dont come cheap. Doesnt merlin have some kind of bike exchange program or is that someone else? Anyone know?

flip the bike over and look to see if there is a stamping on the underside of the bottom bracket area. there might be a lot numbere, if you will that you can give to the merlin people to help determine the year.
when posting the sale, include the size (measure center to center <in cm's> of the top tube and the seat tube)
tmerszei, save yourself the trouble and send the bike to me directly.
A friend gave you a Merlin Extralight frame?Yeah, sure.
