Started out low, rainey and wet, (see road down low pic 1) clouds moving in upper mountains of Cebu Philippines (pic 3) .
A long hard steep ride (pic 2 looking back)) , 76 kilometers, ~ 4 hours. But found it at top of Pic 4 You can see final climb.
