One of those if looks could kill cruisers. Vanguard is another similar idea I've seen on youtube. When you see the word custom I bet it gets pricey. But, those wheels seem to be nice size and I'm sure most other parts are found around beach cruiser bike shops.
I have no idea about specs. Probably 500-750w range. Brakes seem a bit lacking but that could be corrected.
