Have the 2008 teams been finalized? I know about the twenty annonced earlier but I thought we were waiting to hear about the 21st spot. And you know Quick Step has the notorious doper Tornado Tom on the roster so maybe the entire team should be banned . For two years , or however long it takes for them to learn their lesson.

Actually I didn't know TB was on the tour roster.
I thought he was pulled from the team the day after he tested positive for coke.
