This is the latest picture of my BigHit Comp. It's a pretty hooked up ride now. It has an 04 Sherman Slider Plus, 04 Swinger 4-way coil, MRP MiniME, 8" rotors, Chris King headset, and more...

Its at the shop, its down there to be shown off to customers. The only thing is that I forgot we are only open 3 days a week now.....so I will probably bring her home on tuesday. I am waiting for the new shock also....I busted the schrader valve off like a bunch of other people have :(

Ya know Lizard Skins makes a nice swingarm/chainstay guard that would look and work alot better than that tube. The bike looks decent, but heavy. The rubber tube kills it though, IMO.... That's all I see when I look at it.
Oh no, the fashion police are here!

Well the guy's obviously "into" all the latest gads, so why blow it with a add-on like that tube? What's next, a duct-taped front fender? Don't read too deep into my post, the tube works probably better than about anything else available, but look at it.... I suppose it's all about "Class". I don't see too many aftermarket hood scoops on Diablo's, do you? At least I don't have one...

Yeah, but the wife don't let me unleash it very often.... The Kid's like my SUV better, because it "sits up" they say :**
Since you don't use it I'd be willing to take it off your hands...

Well Sonny*Daze, I appriciate the advise. But if you look at my bike everything that I bolted on or "gads" as you put it, is to improve performance. Not one thing is on there for looks.

Do you notice quite an improvement in pedalling with the swinger? I was thinking of getting one for my Bighit but can't decide if the price is justifyable(SP?) Also how much did it cost if you don't mind me asking?

The rubber tube works better.
The big hit is looking good.

I agree 100%. No pun was intended. I like the bike. It's just IMO that the tube on the chainstay looks cheap. That's all....
Have fun!
PS. I guess it's like a bumper sticker on my car. My SUV is covered with them on the otherhand!

I like the rubber. Lizard skins makes the rider look like he is worried about getting dirty. Rubber looks awesome. Sweet bike I have the previous year :)

Yea, I'm actually looking to get a new link that will up my suspension travel to almost 9 inches. Of course that will mean a new shock. Some of you guys might wonder why the hell do people put soo much money into their bike when they could buy a newer better one?
My answer is simple. Because I like it, it is mine, and there are few like it ;)
P.S. I like the tube...cheap, quiet, and wears really well.
