Maha Energy, maker of the C-9000 battery charger, thanks for the excellent customer service! The LCD on mine died, and they offered to ship a new one out the same day, no questions asked. Not only do they make excellent chargers, they have excellent customer service. I'm damn impressed.

I can't say that about LaCrosse, theirs sucks.

Very nice charger, that C9000. Now that I've been using mine for a few months, it's easily my favorite. I've never had any problems with it, but I'll file your comments away for future reference (just in case). ;)

Actually the LCD just came back to life. I popped some batteries in it to charge at the default settings, and after about 5 minutes the LCD popped back on. I called Maha to tell them to please not ship a replacement as it just might have been a fluke.
I'll play around with it over the next week, and if all is okay then great! If the LCD shows any further signs of problems they'll send me a new one. A simply great company to deal with/
