Hello. I'm new to the forum and to ebikes in general. Below is a local ad for a bike I've never heard of. Has anyone heard of these? Could be a good deal or junk. No idea. Concerns: no charger, of course. Also, If SLA batteries have been dead awhile (no charger), could mean that they will no longer hold a charge and need to be replaced. If I go take a look, what's the best way to test the condition of the batteries in the field?

For sale or trade for lawn mower/tractor 3 2005 26" Thunder Cruiser E-bikes w/batterys 36 volt, I have no chargers for these bikes,These are frieght damaged bikes that have not been used, They all have a small tear in the seat material and nicks dents and scratches on the fenders and fuel tank panels, I also have a complete frame assembly without wheels and an extra set of tires, I will trade the three bikes for a running riding mower,
