hi out there in electric bike land i writing to tell you all that EAZYRIDE HAVE DISAPEARED,as soon as i started making complaints about the performance they the buisness in nsw has gone the phone number is not connected ,and the web site has gone , well not really you just cant conect to it .i have lodged a complaint with the department of fairtrading,and im going to get my money back ,as i bought it from an agent of eazyride i hope they are responsible,anyway ill let you know what happens.i had the batteries tested and they are fine so im told ,though no tests were done under load ,just that the battery holds the charge .i hope this warning helps.
