Clydesdales/Athenas (200+ lb / 91+ kg) - Help ID this oldie

You have a few replies already :)
It is a low end early 70s boomer bike. There were a variety of department store bikes back then, it could be one of them. Steel rims and cottered cranks were the entry level on components.

Thanks guys...im still thinking of making it a ss. It ride straight and true...just rusty....lol.
