I'm looking for a place relatively close to Lafayette to get a hill workout in. As far as I can tell, I'm just out of luck. Corn as far as the eye can see basically. Any suggestions?

Isn't there a bit of a climb up from the river on US 52 into West Lafayette? It's been over 40 years since I've been there, so maybe I'm not remembering correctly.

It depends on your definition of hills, but since you show Indiana as location, you're expectations probably aren't high. Your best bet is probably along River Rd (SR 43) running north from W. Lafayette in the I-65 area toward Battle Ground - you can run from River Rd onto streets like Soldier's Home Rd. and others for some hills. Basically going away from the river, then back to the river and away from the river.... I can't say anything about rideability - never had a bike when I was at P.U., but the topo map confirms my thoughts.
