BMX - Flatland Bikes

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

What is a good flatland bike? I want front and back brakes.
Right now I have a Haro Hypnotic.
I have little knowledge of bike parts, pieces, etc.
Other questions I have are:
What is the length of the bike measured from?
What does the angle mean?
P.S.- i also want to be able to continuously spin bars without the cord wraping up. forgot what that thing is called.
Thanks everyone.

The length is how long the top tube is from the center of the head tube to the center of the seat tube. Are you talking about head tube angle or seat tube angle? go here http://www.bikeguide.org/guides/geometry/geometry101.php that might help you out in understanding frame geometry. The things that keeps your cables from getting tangled is a "gyro". as for a good flatland bike, i wish i could help you there. I rode a standard tao a while back and i loved how it felt. I dont know how it compares to other newer flatland frames/bikes tho. one of the flatland guys will chime in before long tho.
