What is this worth, is it any good?
My mom had it in the mid 60's, and said it is a European Racing Bike.
What do you guys think?

here it is like I said, it is old

It's a low-end, heavy thing with stamped dropouts, steel wheels, steel cottered crank. Those early generation Mafac Racer brakes might fetch you something on eBay, but you won't be creating a nest egg with the proceeds from this bike's sale.

It's a late '60s entry level French bike boom bike, maybe 1969 or so. Comparable in quality to say a Peugeot UO-8 or a Raleigh Gran Prix of the day. Some of these like the UO-8 were pretty good riding bikes - all of the maybe a dozen different European products of this sort were lighter and better-riding than the Varsity and Continental.

The fact it was your mom's bike should make it worth something to you. Treat that saddle with Proofide or Armor-All leather treatment, clean, lube & ride it on your errands around town. At least the price was right.

Certainly low end but I like it,it has a nice vintage look and looks like it is in nice condition.

The brakes appear to be CLB Racers and are worth around $70 complete kit with levers. There's a set up on Ebay at the moment (or at least recently)
