Over the weekend I stumbled across a Craigslist ad that was just too good of a deal to pass up. So now, a nice chunk of change later, I am the proud owner of a Cervelo P3SL.

Pretty, isn't she?

If you want to see more pictures (and one of my "old" bike) go here (http://www.flickr.com/photos/26232034@N05/sets/72157605909837557/). There's also a complete list of components on my blog. :)

I'm jealous! So, you going to do the Tri in Indy at Eagle Creek the 19th? If so, unfortunately, I won't be there, but we'll love to hear about it.

Good to see your metamorphosis into a full blown cyclechotic. ;)

Dude, I hate to tell you this- but you probably got a good deal because that thing has been in accident.

Rear ended, for sure. Look how that rear wheel got smashed into the seat tube. :p

Nothing a new frame won't fix though. I'd box that one up and send it to me. :D

I don't think I'm going to any triathlons this year. While my cycling and swimming may be up to par, I still can't run much at all. I guess I should work on that. My plans for next year, however, do involve both triathlons and some time trials. If all goes well, I might even do some other races as well.

When I got the bike, it didn't have wheels, a saddle, or pedals. It cost $2000. After I got all that stuff though it brought up the grand total to $3100. Not too shabby considering if all this stuff was new, it would have cost just north of $5500. :)

Also, the pedals that are on that bike now are not the ones that I will permanently have on there. I have a pair of Speedplay Zeroes that I use on my road bike and I wanted the same pedals on this, but the shop had to order them. In the meantime, I still wanted to ride this beauty, so I had them throw on my old SPD pedals.

One Sweet Ride!

I recently just hasd to have a Tri/Time Trial bike myself. I have come to realize that I need some regular drop bars and a new stem..

I fear not being able to get back up:twitchy:

That looks just like my bike.

Well...It doesn't look EXACTLY like mine. Mine has two tires a seat and handlebars too. So, let's just say it looks sorta like mine.
I have to agree with a previous post--that rear tire / seat tube area don't look right. You might want a body shop to check it out! Hopefully you can get your money back if they can't bend that back out.
 :innocent:

It's sad when you mentally respond the same way to a bike picture as you do to some cute little thing walking by. It's a sad day gents sad day! \
What does that make me? a Cyclesexual? what? lol

Amazing looking bike! Ryan Hulce kicked me and Toms butt on one of those! lol
