I emailed the seller and found out the "23 size" is inches, from BB center to the TOP of the SEAT TUBE (he sent me pictures to confirm). Too big for me (dammit!), but I am sure someone here will fit this sexy beast.

the auction is a little spare on the details, but 23" is a hair over 58cm which, as they say, is just my size.

now if only it had chromed stays...

Ugh, I was almost thinking of bidding on it. Ended up going for about $117.. Good deal. Would have went well with my Miche stuff. Gotta save money for the pesky bills and rent though.. :)
