LL Bean has bike jerseys that run large.
Pearl Izumi does 2X but they can be hard to find.
You might want to be more specific about your waist and chest size because
every company is different in how they size.

Look at http://www.aerotechdesigns.com as well. Not fancy, but they fit Clydes. Primal also has some Clyde sizes.

i've stocked up on the Nashbar Epic Jersey when they go on sale. They make up to a 3x that fits me perfectly and they can be had for $15 or so when they go on sale. I have a few in bright orange for commuting/road riding and a few in grey for the trails. They aren't fancy, but they fit well.

GREAT jersey, but silly big. I wear a XL Primal, and M in these was almost too big. I started out with XL, and it fit like a tarpaulin. The L fit like a car dust cover, and the medium fit well around the chest, but too short in body and sleeve.

You may also want to look at J & G Cyclewear. they have sizes up to 4XL. The nice thing is that they are made right here in Oregon and you buy from them direct. Their description notes that the jerseys are cut for real people and not skin tight. The jerseys are plain, but that is not a bad thing. If you catch them on a over run sale, they are $30. I have not used them personally, but everyone that I have talked to loves them, and comments on how well built they are. This fall I'll be buying a long sleeve jersey and some rain gear from them.

Edit, here is a link to the jerseys. http://www.bicycleclothing.com/Mens-Bike-Jerseys.html

Try the Assos Uno in a TIR size. If it does not fit send it back.

What about Tall Sizes? I have an aerotech jersey (3x, I think), but it just covers the aerobelly. I have a long torso plus the spare tire. 3xl tall T-shirts are hard enough to find, but in jerseys, it seems impossible.

My Performance Tundra II winter jersey is an 2XL and fits really well.
53" shoulder
50" chest
There's room enough to spare an extra 1" at the chest w/o it being stretched tight. I'd check and see if their summer stuff fits the same.
I've been wearing my company jersey because it's lightweight, but it's Euro fit and may as well be made by Krylon. I need some new summer gear, now that it's finally warm up here.

Just some general advice if you don't have average cyclist upper body proportions - jerseys usually come in two styles - form or race fit vs. club or relaxed fit. Stick with club/relaxed fit jerseys as the form/race ones are unlikely to fit you.

I have a 40" waist and 45" chest, and the LG Boreas jersey from Performance fits me very well (size XL).
