Hi, my name is Max- im from Sweden. I've lived in the US for 5½ years though, per my dad's work at Volvo. Now I'm back in Sweden since December 2002. I've been looking over the forums for a a couple of days, seems like a nice place :). I also just recently bought a 2003 Cannondale Jekyll 800. Its the white color. I bought it in the US, because as the dollar is right now, compared to the SEK (the swedish currency) I got 45% off the price :p :D. My uncle went and bought it on Friday (he works on a Cargo Ship), and now he is on the way back. He is in New York now i think (he bought in Norfolk), and won't be home until the 26th. Hes going to send a picture of it though, I'll post it when i get it.

Well, just wanted to say hey- :D

Biking in Sweden- hmmm, well, I've only ridden here in Gothenburg so I'll only speak for where I am situated. Its great in the summer, but then it starts getting cold :P, so I dont ride as regulary after it has gotten down to about 5-7*C (from once to 3 times a week, compared to my usual 5 times a week or more in the summer...) As for trails and mountains, there arent very many big places, as it's not very mountainous here, but there are a lot of bike lanes etc, and pretty mainy trails, but I don't think there are very many downhillers where I live. Mostly hardtails and XC's are used in sweden, aswell as road bikes (not including the dept. store bikes and the the 3gear bikes that most oldies ride to work etc :p )
