Hi folks!
Im Jeff from central Ia. I have 2 blown disc in my lower back and a shot left knee. I am giving a bike a shot at turning me into Superman.:)
Im riding an old trek 800 but I hope to upgrade soon.

Hi Jeff, that sounds like some big pain there :( . I don't know about Superman, but the cycling should still do you a lot of good. And, of course, you'll enjoy it a lot more than just about any other kind of physical therapy.

What are you looking at for the upgrade?
