Hi, I am pretty new to cycling but still I have been able to train alot and read everything I can find. Now in the winter I will be using the trainer in the gym alot and there you can watch how many watts you produce during the rides.

Here are some questions....

1. How many watts should I produce during my endurance rides (1.5-4 hours) comparing to my shorter rides (15-40 mins)

2. I have set a goal to make 25 m/h for half an hour, how many watts should I do to make this ?(still on the gym bike)

3. I am pedaling with 99-104 rpm during the half an hour TT, is that good or should I try to increase the cadence even more?
