Road Cycling - Bib shorts for a fat man

Yup me, had trouble before keepin my shorts up and
have read so many good things bout bibs I want to get a pair.
With a 42 inch waist is euro size 7 big enough?
This is the largest I have seen listed so far.
Who makes a good pair this big?
Don't worry, I will only post "after" pics.

Try Castelli or Santini on ebay.

Pearl Izumi makes an XL that should fit. I'm a big guy too, (wear a 44 in Levi's) and although a bit snug they still are wearable without sounding like a choir boy when you speak!

I have related question about Voler. I wear a 36 waist but am 6'4", which column should I pick the size from. The 36-38 size is for 5'-10"-6'-2", I just dont want to but them TOO small and have to deal with the voice change. :p
