I'm gonna cry if Cunego drops out. He was having a rough Tour and had every justification for quitting a week ago. But he's hung in there. He is the #1 rider on his team and realizes that sponsorship dollars aren't passed out just so that he can quit a race when things aren't going well. Despite his position in the race, he was still giving Lampre plenty of media exposure.

Cunego has had a tough time since his illness and I'm sad to see him leave. He'll be back to crush some souls, heck he's still only 27, plenty of fight left in that kid.

I wonder what Barredo and Quick Step were offering Burghardt to let him take the stage win. Must have been tempting for Burghardt to call the team car for a consultation.

I'm over it rather quickly...he did win the Giro once, so he's got that going for him! :D

You need to spend more time Tugging your undoubtedly tiny Banana and less time talking about things you know nothing about.

How much does not being a Director Sportif pay?

Considering that there is not a chance in he!! that you'll ever be able to do what he's done, that's a pretty idiotic statement. But looking at your profile explains much.

Please to be telling me what is so explanatory about "much" in my profile?

About me doing what he does: I'm working on it.

How can a "pro manager" know so little about pro racing?

Let me help you...

If you are already 19 and have not been noticed (probably for a good reason...lack of results), make sure you get a good education. Because there are kids over in Europe, and here, that are already there. They are already on espoir teams. Getting paid.

I know a kid on the US Under 23 team that dropped Contador in the Tour of Missouri. So you know what the competition is like. They have been over in Europe getting educated on what real bike racing is all about.

Racing 8-12 times a year won't get it done.

I once got paid to ride a bike rapidly. In Europe. And here. By 19, on a sponsored team, free bikes, etc. 11 years of racing already by then.

You will have a lot better shot at winning something in the computer game, "Pro Cycling Manager".
