It is called Company Bicycle and has just opened up in a long-vacant building on SR 25 in North Charleston. They intend to specialized in maintainance/repair, used bikes, accessories, and transportational cycling; they are also going do do framebuilding and customization.
Here is their website: wvcompanybicycle.com.
NOTE: I am not affiliated with them in any way; I just rejoice that there is a new player in town. For some time there has only been one LBS here and while I like them, they do need something to keep them on their toes.
Hey, just saw this post! I'm in Huntington, WV. Been meaning to hit up this shop... Do they have much single-speed/fixed gear equipment? I've got Jeff's and Velocity here in Huntington that cover everything else...

Adam has a special love for that sort of thing. http://wvcompanybicycle.com
The great thing is that he's willing to consider anything.
For example:
1. He installed the Stokemonkey on my Big Dummy;
2. He ordered, assembled, and finished my Greenspeed, including installing the Schlumpf;
3. He has ordered and will install a NuVinci Speedhub on my Trek.
The other shops in the area do what they do, but are not willing to step outside of their comfort zone; Adam is willing to try anything. He'll only balk at something that is really foolish or dangerous--not something that is unusual.
sounds great! i'm gonna have to swing in soon and check them out!

Adam's a great guy. He's one of the folks spearheading Critical Mass/Charleston, and has also been helping Spokes4Folks.
